In just three simple steps—attesting to the Code of Conduct, uploading documentation, and signing the Licensing Agreement—you’ll gain access to a complete suite of marketing materials to promote your RenoMark designation.

A RenoMark Renovator Agrees To:
- Be a member in good standing with WE HBA
- Abide by the WE HBA Code of Ethics
- Provide a detailed written contract for all work
- Offer a minimum two-year warranty on all work (excluding minor home repairs)
- Carry at least $2 million in liability insurance
- Have appropriate workplace safety and employer liability coverage
- Ensure all applicable licenses and permits are in place
- Stay current with building codes, permit procedures, and technical knowledge through continuing education
- Maintain a safe, organized work site
- Respond to all client inquiries within two business days
