On November 12, the West End Home Builders Association’s Presidents’ Gala took place at Liuna Station in Hamilton. The night was a celebration of the hard work and success of the Association and Bianca Bruzzese, 2022 & 2021 President and Robert Molinaro, 2020 President. The West End Home Builders’ also recognized the efforts of very hardworking members and friends of the building industry:

1) DISTINGUISHED SERVICE AWARD – BUILDER MEMBER
This award is presented to a builder member who, during the past year, has made an
outstanding contribution to the housing industry and our local association.

2) DISTINGUISHED SERVICE AWARD – ASSOCIATE MEMBER
This award is presented to a non-builder or associate member who has made an outstanding contribution to our local association throughout the past year.

3) RENOVATOR MEMBER OF THE YEAR
This award is presented to a renovator who has made an outstanding contribution to our local association throughout the past year.
2022 Recipient Phil Authier, Integrimark Inc.
4) THE KEVIN MCINTOSH MEMORIAL AWARD FOR THE UNDER 40 YOUNG PROFESSIONAL OF THE YEAR AWARD
This award is presented to a member of the association who is under 40 years of age and has made an outstanding contribution to either the housing industry or furthered the involvement of the U40 community within the association throughout the past year.

This is a special award which is presented to a member or a non-member who contributed remarkably to the housing industry.
