The West End Home Builders’ Association (WE HBA) is proud to announce that our CEO, Michael Collins-Williams, has been named Executive Officer of the Year – Large HBA at the 2025 CHBA Association Leadership Awards.
This national honour, presented by the Canadian Home Builders’ Association (CHBA), recognizes Executive Officers from HBAs with over 200 members who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, collaboration, and service to the residential construction industry. With more than two decades of involvement in the home builders’ association community—and four years as CEO of WE HBA—Mike’s dedication to the success of our members and the strength of our industry has been consistently evident.
Throughout his tenure, Mike has worked alongside industry leaders and changemakers to ensure our association remains a strong and trusted voice for the home building sector. His contributions extend beyond our region through his active participation in CHBA’s Executive Officers’ Council and support for both national and provincial initiatives that promote housing affordability, innovation, and growth across Canada.
This award is not only a reflection of Mike’s outstanding efforts, but also a celebration of the shared accomplishments of our entire membership community. At WE HBA, we are fortunate to have a leader who exemplifies the values, professionalism, and forward-thinking that define our association.
